Hi,

This is HiEditor V2.0.1.1, the ultra fast, Large File Editor with Syntax Hilight

What's new

-A major rewrite regarding how file paths are handled when opening files (JFierce7, Icfu, samael)

-Smart mode changed to Full Screen-F11 (FloDo)

-Even faster file loading

-Even faster text drawing

-If appropriate, syntax hilight file is automatically set relative to the app.path (shantanu_gadgil)

-Disabling syntax hilight, the HiEdit on the options dialog is greyed out. (Icfu)

-Better handling if minimized on tray when single instance is used.

Enjoy!

Antonis

Great work. Thanks for update

I hope it's ok provide some more suggestions

# Clicking the Line number in status bar brings up Go to line box as the standard text editors does.
# I found it amusing getting new tabs propagating towards left. So maybe a option for letting users to select whether they want them go left or right.
# It seems intentional that when the program is sent to tray then exiting it from tray will cause it to load again in tray which seems incorrect way. What if user double clicks a text file then he has to restore it from tray.
# File associations. I know it can be done by editing registry or but would be better to have it in the editor itself. Maybe also prompt user to set associations at first run.
# Code folding(Maybe it needs lots of work so put it at the bottom of your todo list :P)

PS the buttons "|< < > >|" doesn't seem to work. What is there function. They don't seem to rotate tabs?
