Print Preview for the HiEdit control, I've been tinkering with the idea of creating a Print Preview module for the HiEdit control based upon the EM_FORMATRANGE.

I've been tinkering with the idea of creating a Print Preview module for the HiEdit control based upon the EM_FORMATRANGE message that was introduced in v1.0.0.4 (2005). According to this message on the The MASM Forum, "HiEditor has a plain vanilla Print Preview and Print capabilities that demonstrate the new EM_FORMATRANGE message."

This topic is a bit out of my pay grade so I'm looking for some guidance. Does anyone have access to this old source (v1.0.0.4 - v1.0.0.?) so that I can use it as an example/templage (good), or does any anyone have an example they would be willing to share (better), or if none of the above, can anyone point me in the right direction?
