Snippets & Library Add-Ins, Cannot get either to work

I've loaded the snippets and library add-ins, and I cannot get either to work. Clicking on the library dialog locks up WinAsm and I have to re-start.

The snippets dialogs open, but do not keep any of the information I enter.

WinAsm 5.1.8.0

XP Pro SP2

Any help will be appreciated.
