Russian keyboard needed

I need someone with a Russian keyboard.

Can it produce these 2 different double quotes ? (in attached zip file)

The U.S. keyboard only has one kind of double quote.

regular russian layout has only regular double quotes. some text editors kinda ms word or libreoffice writer may have automatic replacement "" to �� or ��

at the picture you can see it: red symbols are active for russian layout

Hello Andy,

you could also use a online russian keyboard. You can type with your normal keyboard and see where wich Cyrillic letter is.
