I just imagined it as an area for Win98,, or maybe a Win 9x area? A forum for asking questions, sharing ideas, code, suggestions, maybe even fixes? Afterall M$ has offically retired support of this OS as of June or July of this year with no further patches or fixes other than what currently exists.
