Shutdowner 0.20: Windows Power Tools, includes Shutdown, Restart, Logoff, Hibernate etc

Shutdowner is small app created to combine all the windows power tools into one. I've uploaded previous versions of this app in this forum many times and this is the last version.
Please test this app and share your comments whatever it maybe. I'm still new to programming there may be chance of bugs. Please inform bugs and errors.

You 've come a long way!
One GUI related detail: The "At:" label does not display fully on my PC.
(WinXP SP1 here).
Other than that, everything works & looks great.

Thanks for the report, samael. Modified version is attached in the first post. I also tried a little to remove the problem of AM/PM in the DTP for non english users(I think u have that problem).
