Replace All without realtime update, the fast scrolling looked rather impressive, but sometimes speed is more important.

HiEditor is very slow when replacing text, the problem is that it autorefreshes view constantly. This is ok when replacing one by one, but with "replace all" the view should be updated at the end of the processing only

I recently had to replace about 50000 occurences of a string. While Akelpad was ready in a few seconds, HiEditor needed a minute for the same job. Sure, the fast scrolling looked rather impressive, but sometimes speed is more important. wink.gif
