AniGIF->.lib->C++ for Commercial App?, Is it possible, and does the license permit, statically linking AniGIF into my C++ win32 commercial app?

I'm new to assembly and its integration into a C++ application. What are the steps to use AniGIF in an existing win32 C++ project? I see a .lib file in the demo package on CodeProject but I don't see an .h file anywhere.

Also, does the license permit closed-source use? In other words, I don't want to have to release my source just because I'm using open source code.

As clearly stated in the source of AniGIF:

You can use AniGIF for NON commercial purposes provided you have the following information on your application's about box:
AniGIF control is copyright of Antonis Kyprianou (http://www.winasm.org)


***You need my WRITTEN permission to use AniGIF in commercial applications***

In other words, you need to contact me ( [email protected] ) directly to discuss about your commercial application.

A .inc file in asm is the equivalent of a .h file in C . You don't have to release your source.
