Set current directory when opening files, it would be nice if the File-Open dialog starts in the directory in which the active file is located.

It would be nice if HiEditor would call the File-Browse dialog with the current directory, i.e. the directory in which the active file is located.

Hi,

This is currently implemented for the File-Save As dialog. I thought File-Open better opens in the last used directory.

Anyway, if you consider your idea a better solution, I can think about it.

Maybe it's better to implement it as an option then? If that's too much hassle, just leave it the way it is. It's only a minor wish... wink.gif
