Hi

I try rename a file with admin rights

icacls xxx.dll /grant Administrator:F
ren xxx.exe xxx.bak

i become a error by rename the file "Access denied"

Have your a idea?

You could try :M for modify or :W for write.... :GW, :WD... also shouldn't xxx.dll be the name of the file you want admin rights to rename? Shouldn't it be: icacls xxx.exe /grant Administrator:F ren xxx.exe xxx.bak
